Capgemini Engineering in Gaia/Porto area seeks an Order Desk Analyst (German & English) to join our team. You will provide customer support in repair/replacement process management for non-functional parts and act as the end customer’s point of contact for the RMA process.

We value fluent German, at least B2 English, strong Excel skills and clear communication. Hybrid work, shifts and on-call availability are supported to ensure timely service.

Qualificações

• Fluent German language (minimum level C1).
• English language at least B2.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as the end customer’s point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and deadlines are met.
• Initial training will be provided.
