Capgemini Engineering in Porto is seeking a customer support specialist to manage the repair and replacement process for non-functional parts. You will be the primary contact for end customers handling the RMA workflow and communicating service catalog options.

Fluency in German and strong English (B2) are required, along with proficient Excel skills. The role includes hybrid work, shifts, and on-call availability, offering a dynamic experience in a global engineering environment.

YOUR ROLE

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.
• Initial training will be provided.
