Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Portugal (Setúbal/Alcochete area) to sustain leadership on the sales floor, hit sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values, lead store initiatives and support full operations while maintaining an inclusive, collaborative culture and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities include recruiting support, coaching the team, analyzing sales data, and ensuring compliance with company policies; you will foster clienteling

Qualificações

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Experience leading teams on the sales floor and driving customer engagement.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and contribute to store goals.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and develop the team.
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
