Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve store goals.
• Conduct performance discussions and provide actionable coaching.
• Drive client experience through training on client journey, storytelling, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain a positive work environment and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Monitor category performance and provide actionable feedback to merchandising teams.
