Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a motivated intern to support Launch Managers in opening and setting up Emma Owned & Operated stores across Europe. This fast-paced, international role offers hands-on exposure to project management, marketing, and logistics.

You will help lead online reputation programs, conduct in-store customer research, and co-own the Customer Experience workstream for new store launches, shaping a premium customer journey from day one.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management and multitasking in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Interest in retail, logistics, or marketing in a fast‑growing industry.
• Availability for 6 months or more.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our online reputation improvement program with store managers to enhance online positioning and feedback-driven actions.
• Assist in-store customer research to identify needs, behaviors and pain points for the customer journey.
• Co-own the Customer Experience workstream for store launches, coordinating across teams to ensure readiness from day one.
• Drive in-store customer experience improvements across key touchpoints for a consistent, engaging customer journey.
• Co-own the development and visibility of the Sleep Consultation offering, tracking performance and impact.
