Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to lead in-store activations and product communication across Emma stores and partner retailers in 8 EU markets. You will create and execute POS materials to boost conversion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

You will gain hands-on experience in both physical retail marketing and online promotions while working in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in in-store marketing (displays, layouts).
• Strong online promotions experience and channel thinking.
• Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-store marketing activations and product communication for Emma stores and retail partner stores in 8 EU markets.
• Support the creation of POS materials like banners, roll-ups, lightboxes, and displays to attract customers and influence conversion.
• Develop retail design know‑how by creating a framework for POSm A/B testing.
• Manage the implementation of campaigns in-store to promote seasonal sales periods, with internship support on production, shipping and execution in 500+ stores.
• Help drive store traffic by steering co‑joint marketing campaigns with partners and ensuring brand and product visibility in a competitive setup.
• Ensure our brand looks consistent across all stores and retailers, both in-store and online.
