Emma Sleep is seeking an ambitious category management intern in Lisbon, Portugal. You will manage projects in ecommerce markets, monitor online product performance, and share insights with the marketing team to drive impactful campaigns.

Ideal candidates study or have graduated in business administration or related fields, have strong analytical skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to take on responsibility and work independently.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Currently studying or graduated in business administration, media management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in category management in one of our Ecommerce markets.
• You will monitor online sales of our products to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• You will share product insights with our marketing teams to help run impactful campaigns.
• You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition).
• You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on feedback.
• You will be supported by a senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.
