Emma Sleep is seeking an ambitious intern to join our ecommerce operations in Lisbon. You will manage your own projects, act as the link between our operations teams (customer service, warehouse, delivery, planning) and the local market team to ensure a smooth supply chain for Emma products.
You’ll monitor customer experience and operations KPIs, escalate and resolve issues, and report performance regularly.
Qualificações
- Studying or graduated in business administration, media management or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with ability to work independently.
Responsabilidades
- Manage own ecommerce operations projects for the assigned market.
- Link between operations teams and market team to ensure smooth supply chain.
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve operational issues to resolution.
- Monitor KPIs on customer experience and operations to identify improvements.
- Report performance regularly and share visibility internally.
- Receive support from a senior team member for growth.
