Job summary

Vida Plena in Lisbon is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Condesa, our fast, open-kitchen Mexican concept. You own the floor—reading the room, driving pace, and building a team that makes Condesa a place people want to be, not just a place they eat.

You will manage budgets, scheduling, HRIS/payroll processes, and ensure HACCP compliance while collaborating with HQ. Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus. Night shifts 4:00 PM–12:00 AM. A compelling opportunity to lead a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead both restaurant floor and bar service.
• Strong understanding of FOH/BOH coordination and daily controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards and operational policies are followed.
• Lead and manage shifts, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Oversee restaurant floor and bar operations from service to ambiance.
• Drive budgeting, labor optimization, and profitability initiatives.
• Schedule planning from forecasting to publication and communication.
• Monitor reviews and address customer feedback with HQ.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and sanitary standards.
• Coordinate with HQ to implement best practices across venues.
