Vida Plena is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Condesa in Lisbon. You will own the floor, drive pace, and build a high-performing team delivering fast, guest-focused service five nights a week.

You will manage both restaurant floor and bar operations, lead with strong presence on peak days, and collaborate with HQ to implement best practices. Fluent English is required, Portuguese a plus, with night shifts 4:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in hospitality.
• Experience managing both restaurant floor and bar service.
• Strong FOH/BOH coordination, logistics, and daily controls.
• Proficient in scheduling, HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll processes.
• Inspiring, supportive leadership with accountability.
• Brand-minded and service-focused with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction, addressing feedback promptly.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, rituals, and vibrant guest experience.
• Lead operational presence on peak shifts and events.
• Oversee restaurant floor and bar operations for consistency.
• Guide and develop the team, manage budgets and collaborate with HQ.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, upselling, and profitability.
• Schedule management from planning to publication, aligning with forecast events.
• Ensure accurate payroll timing, HRIS updates, and attendance control.
• Oversee induction, performance reviews, and vacation planning.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff fostering growth and teamwork.
• Monitor Google reviews and feedback, report to HQ, implement actions.
• Ensure HACCP, health, safety, sanitation compliance.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and asset management.
• Handle unexpected challenges with effective solutions.
