Vida Plena, a Lisbon-based hospitality group, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its Dallas concept. You will oversee front-of-house and bar operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team to deliver consistent service.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality leadership, strong FOH/BOH coordination, scheduling, training, and budget awareness. Fluent English is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FOH and BOH coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Confident communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction across food, drinks, and service.
• Oversee restaurant floor and bar operations, ensuring consistency of brand standards.
• Lead and develop the team, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
• Monitor reviews and drive improvements based on feedback.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
