Vida Plena in Lisbon invites a Restaurant Manager for its Dallas concept to keep operations organized, hands-on, and consistent across food, drinks, and service.

You will lead a guest-focused team, maintain brand standards, manage schedules, budgets, and collaborate with HQ to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Fluency in English is required; Portuguese or local language skills are a plus, and you should be comfortable with day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years in hospitality leadership roles.
• Experience managing both restaurant floor and bar service.
• Strong FOH and BOH coordination, logistics, HR processes.
• Proven scheduling, HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll familiarity.
• Inspirational, decisive leadership style with accountability.
• Brand-aligned with Dallas energy and guest expectations.
• Excellent English; Portuguese or local language a plus.
• Available for day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards and service rituals are followed.
• Lead operations on key days, shifts, and events.
• Oversee restaurant floor and bar operations.
• Lead and develop the team; manage budgets and collaborate with HQ.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and labor costs; upsell strategies.
• Schedule management from planning to publication.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and HRIS data integrity.
• Coordinate with HQ to share best practices.
