Work in USA in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a diverse team of servers, bartenders and kitchen staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting, plus flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays; a Portugal work visa is provided if needed.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting principles.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Portugal work visa (visa provided if necessary).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Create schedules, delegate tasks, ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Train new employees on policies and company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with other managers to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Adhere to health code regulations and ensure staff compliance.
