Our restaurant in the beautiful city of Funchal is seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a temporary role, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

As the Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high quality standards. Your main duties will include:

• Hiring and training new staff members
• Scheduling shifts and managing payroll
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality control
• Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
