As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Lisbon. Your main goal is to ensure that our guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This position is suitable for those seeking a part‑time job without prior experience or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures, scheduling and inventory management.
• Train and supervise all front‑of‑house staff, including servers, hosts and bartenders.
• Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly and efficient service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Create a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication and mutual respect among staff members.

Location

This job is located in Lisbon, Portugal. Preference will be given to candidates who are already living in or near Lisbon. The role is open to all nationalities; however, due to the nature of this role being part‑time without accommodation provided, we highly recommend that interested candidates already have their own accommodation arrangements in Lisbon.
