Restaurant Manager (Braga) As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Braga. You will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service and follow proper food handling procedures
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations
• Implement cost-saving measures to maximize profits without compromising quality
• Establish relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain a positive dining experience for all guests
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers

Requirements

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role is required
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
