AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Manager for Responsible AI Literacy & Enablement to drive enterprise learning, governance, and risk awareness. You will design scalable literacy layers and innovative enablement approaches to embed responsible AI at the point of need across functions.

This role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with extensive experience in AI governance, risk, and change management, with collaboration across AI, learning, and regulatory teams.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree with 4 years in Responsible AI, AI governance, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years in Responsible AI, AI governance, or related fields.
• Experience translating governance concepts into practical business guidance.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, risk management, and EU/US standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise efforts to promote responsible, ethical AI practices.
• Design and scale a Responsible AI literacy layer across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with AI Literacy and GTM teams to align scope and avoid duplication.
• Define and track adoption and effectiveness metrics for literacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with functions on role-based training efforts to ensure coverage.
• Partner with technical teams to prototype and scale enablement solutions.
