Job summary

Rise2Lead Unipessoal LDA in Cascais, Portugal is seeking a proactive Rental Project Manager to oversee rental operations and grow the long-term property management portfolio. You will coordinate tenants, properties, and day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in property management, strong organisational and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to leasing, fieldwork, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, rentals, or real estate.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Valid driving licence and own car.

• Manage rental properties, tenants, cleaners, and day-to-day operations.
• Create and manage property advertisements and source new tenants.
• Prepare and coordinate tenant contracts.
• Collect, organise, and submit property-related invoices weekly.
• Identify and assess potential new rental properties.
• Build relationships with landlords and secure new properties for long-term rental management.
• Support and coordinate with the Construction Project Manager while working independently within the Rental Department.
• Assist with administrative tasks and operational tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage rental properties, tenants, cleaners, and day-to-day operations
• Create and manage property advertisements and source new tenants
• Prepare and coordinate tenant contracts
• Collect, organise, and submit property-related invoices weekly
• Identify and assess potential new rental properties
• Build relationships with landlords and secure new properties for long-term rental management
• Support and coordinate with the Construction Project Manager while working independently within the Rental Department
• Assist with administrative tasks and operational tracking

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Valid driving licence and own car
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Previous experience in property management, rentals, or real estate
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident dealing with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers
• Proactive, independent, and commercially minded
• Able to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of leasing practices and local property regulations
• Comfortable with fieldwork and hands‑on responsibilities
