CBRE Portugal is looking for a Project Manager (Fit-Out Works) to join our Property Management Retail department and strengthen our team of dedicated professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with direct impact on asset value and performance.

What will you do?

As a Project Manager (Fit-Out Works), you will be responsible for leading individual and multi-disciplinary real estate project solutions for our clients, including CAPEX initiatives and tenant fit-out works. You will have direct accountability for project delivery, overseeing all phases from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and close-out. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What are your tasks?

• Managing all phases of real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and close-out
• Interpreting and applying standard to moderately complex documents related to real estate and construction projects
• Working directly with clients to define project requirements and expectations
• Preparing scopes of work, resource plans, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control plans, and risk assessments
• Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives
• Implementing communication plans, including regular meetings, status reports, and documented meeting minutes
• Monitoring project progress against approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives, reporting variances and implementing corrective action plans
• Managing change control processes, including the assessment of change requests, impact analysis (scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk), client approvals, and change orders
• Identifying project risks and developing mitigation and contingency plans to reduce or eliminate potential impacts
• Supporting additional project-related activities, as required
