Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Porto, Portugal, to support customers throughout the rental journey and deliver outstanding service. The role focuses on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting additional services in an international environment.

The position offers full training, career development, and shared accommodation for eligible relocating candidates, with a 6-month contract and Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Join an international car rental project in Porto and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will support customers throughout their complete rental journey, providing effective solutions and professional assistance at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist with reservations, rental options, invoices, damages, and service-related inquiries.
• Support customers before, during, and after their rental.
• Resolve concerns efficiently and recommend relevant additional services.

Requirements

• Fluent in the required support language with a good level of English.
• 1+ year of Contact Centre or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, digital, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday.
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
• Weekends off.
