Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems across functions.

Fully remote role based in Spain or Portugal, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams worldwide to ensure data integrity, security, and process efficiency, while enhancing user experience.

You will manage Workday configuration across applications, participate in testing, releases, audits, and documentation to support business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IS/CS/HR/Business.
• 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience with hands-on Workday.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Experience with third-party vendors and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day BAU and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and changes.
• Investigate technical issues, root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Monitor Workday inbox and resolve events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Assist with functional audits to maintain data quality and compliance.
• Assist with data clean-up and remediation activities.
• Participate in system testing, including UAT and regression testing.
• Support HRIS documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Assist with release readiness activities and post-deployment support.
• Maintain configuration alignment with HRIS standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
