Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is hiring for a remote position in Portugal to handle consumer inquiries about pet nutrition and Nestlé products. You will respond to queries via phone and written channels, provide nutrition guidance, and advise on dietary needs and pet behavior while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates will have advanced Spanish and English, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least a year of experience in veterinary support or customer relations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary-related field or similar.
• 1 year+ experience in veterinary support or customer relations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of pet nutrition and behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries by phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way.
• Provide information on nutrition of Nestlé goods for animals and offer counselling.
• Suggest positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, and pet behavior.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Inform customers about new products, functionalities and campaigns.
• Gather feedback and contribute to FAQ databases and knowledge documents.
• Build relationships with market stakeholders to support business decisions.
• Ensure proper handling of consumer complaints per Nestlé CES guidelines.
• Redirect questions to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
