A Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) busca um CES Veterinary Assistant com fluência em espanhol e inglês para atendimento a clientes e suporte nutricional de animais.

O candidato ideal traz formação em medicina veterinária ou áreas correlatas, experiência em atendimento e ótimo senso de resolução de problemas, atuando de forma remota e autônoma. Benefícios e oportunidades de desenvolvimento estão disponíveis na empresa.

Qualificações

• Conhecimento avançado de espanhol e inglês (fluente)
• Graduaçao em Medicina Veterinária, Biologia ou Ciência de Alimentos
• Experiência de 1 ano+ como técnico veterinário, assistente veterinário ou em atendimento ao cliente
• Conhecimentos de nutrição e comportamento de animais
• Capacidade de multitarefa e trabalho remoto
• Comunicação excelente e resolução de problemas

Responsabilidades

• Responda a perguntas de clientes por telefone e canais escritos de forma rápida e precisa
• Forneça informações sobre a nutrição de animais Nestlé
• Ofereça aconselhamento sobre alterações na nutrição, dietas e comportamento de animais
• Acompanhe clientes para garantir a resolução de problemas
• Trate contatos sensíveis de clientes seguindo diretrizes específicas
• Informe clientes sobre novos produtos, funcionalidades e campanhas
• Colete feedback de consumidores e mantenha base de FAQ
• Construa relação com stakeholders para embasar decisões de negócio
• Assegure o cumprimento das instruções Nestlé CES no tratamento de reclamações

A day in the life of...

• Respond to customer queries on the phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way
• Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé consumers regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods for animals
• Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviours and any health issue of the consumers’ pets
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines
• Inform customers about new product, functionalities and campaigns
• Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents
• Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing the information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making
• Ensure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Redirect consumers' questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer

What will make you successful

• Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’sdegreeonVeterinaryMedicine,Biology, Foodscience,orsimilar
• 1 year+ Experience as a Veterinary technician or Veterinary Assistant or Customer Relations
• Pets’ nutrition and behavior knowledge (steps for pet)
• Having experience in customer relations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely
• Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies
