Job summary

Jobgether partners with a US-based vehicle marketplace to fill a Listing Verification Specialist role based in Portugal. This remote position focuses on reviewing seller documents, validating details, and maintaining high-quality listings before publication.

You will communicate with US sellers during shifts, manage CRM records, and meet daily and weekly productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Near-native English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Comfortable outbound calls and text messaging to verify information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee listing verification activities and maintain accurate records.
• Review seller documents (titles, registrations) for authenticity and completeness.
• Inspect listing details (photos, mileage) and request corrections as needed.
• Prioritize queue and move qualified listings to Listed quickly.
• Contact U.S. sellers by phone/text to confirm information and collect missing details.
• Answer basic questions and escalate complex inquiries to the listing agent.
• Organize and tag leads in the CRM and conduct follow-ups per scripts.
• Provide notes to Listing Team and meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
