Job summary

TP is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to shape digital products across internal and external apps. This remote role focuses on turning complex workflows into simple, accessible interfaces while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.

You will own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery, build scalable design systems, and advocate for accessibility and multilingual support across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience.
• Portfolio with shipped digital products.
• Strong design process: research, IA, interaction design, visual design, prototyping.
• Experience building scalable design systems.
• WCAG accessibility and mobile-first design knowledge.
• Ability to use data and user feedback to refine designs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English fluency; other European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead web and mobile UI design from research to production-ready UI.
• Stakeholder discovery via interviews, usability tests, journey mapping, and data analysis.
• Translate requirements into clear design problems and solutions.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and guidelines.
• Design for accessibility, multilingual, multi-market applications.
• Partner with engineers and analysts to review implementations and ensure design quality.
• Define success metrics for design initiatives and drive iterative improvements.
• Contribute to design standards and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
