Job summary

Lynksen is seeking Senior Designers with strong product design experience to collaborate on our own products and partner projects. You will translate complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences, driving user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.

A portfolio demonstrating diverse design work is required, with strong English skills to work with international teams. Offer is fully remote with flexible collaboration on full-time or part-time projects and close PM support to

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong knowledge of UX processes and research methods.
• Solid grasp of UI design principles and techniques.
• Empathy and ability to identify target audience needs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with user behavior tracking, A/B testing, usability testing.
• Skills in color, composition, and typography hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of software development and technology.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency in both written and spoken form.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects (required).
