Job summary

TP is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to shape digital products across internal and external apps. This remote role focuses on turning complex workflows into simple, accessible interfaces while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.

You will own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery, build scalable design systems, and advocate for accessibility and multilingual support across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience.
• Portfolio with shipped digital products.
• Strong design process: research, IA, interaction design, visual design, prototyping.
• Experience building scalable design systems.
• WCAG accessibility and mobile-first design knowledge.
• Ability to use data and user feedback to refine designs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English fluency; other European language is a plus.

We are looking for an UI/UX Designer that will shape the digital products supporting a wide range of internal and external-facing applications. Working in a remote setup, you will design end-to-end experiences for users, management, and clients, transforming complex, high-volume workflows into simple, accessible, and trustworthy interfaces. You will own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional products, engineering, data, and business stakeholders

What you'll do

• Lead the design of web and mobile experiences, handling everything from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI;
• Run stakeholder discovery through interviews, usability tests, journey mapping, and usage data analysis;
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear problem statements and effective design solutions;
• Build and maintain a scalable design system equipped with reusable components, design patterns, and documentation;
• Design for accessibility, inclusivity, and multilingual, multi-market applications;
• Partner with engineers and business analysts throughout delivery to review implementations and ensure high design quality;
• Define success metrics for design initiatives and use performance results to drive iterative improvements;
• Contribute to design standards and operational practices across the team while effectively communicating design decisions to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, accompanied by a portfolio showing shipped digital products;
• Strong command of the full design process, including research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping;
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, including AI-native tools;
• Hands-on experience building or working with scalable design systems;
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive/mobile-first design principles;
• Proven ability to utilize data and direct user feedback to justify and refine design choices;
• Strong communication skills with comfort presenting design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Fluency in English (a second European language is a plus).
• Nice to have: experience with enterprise, workflow-heavy, high-volume transactional products, or multi-sided platforms (e.g., HR tech, recruitment, marketplaces); familiarity with designing for AI-assisted features (focusing on transparency, explainability, and human-in-the-loop workflows); Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) and agile delivery methodologies and experience with UX writing, content design, or motion design.
