Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Territory Manager to support Cepheid Iberia in achieving commercial goals and help customers understand the clinical benefits of Cepheid technology.

The role involves partnerships with the sales team to develop pre- and post-sales strategies, support product launches, and boost assay utilization while engaging clinicians and microbiology stakeholders. The position is remote with Lisbon-area base and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• MSc or PhD in Biology or Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspecialty (Microbiology, Molecular biology), or Infectious Diseases.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Portuguese healthcare market.
• Proven knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology & Infectious Diseases.
• Excellent Selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales strategies and execution to achieve commercial goals in the territory.
• Educate and train clinical stakeholders on the impact and use of Cepheid products.
• Develop relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders to drive advocacy.
• Create and support opportunities through clinical engagement and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Medical and Scientific Affairs on clinical studies and product positioning.
• Stay current with clinical data and guidelines to inform strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Field Application Specialists to optimize customer experience.
