Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Operations Customer Expert to join our international team in Portugal. This fully remote, full-time role supports customers in Spanish, handles inquiries, and resolves issues while maintaining high service standards.

We value prior customer service experience; EU citizenship or Portuguese residency with right to work is required. The position offers a monthly gross package and additional benefits, with remote work from anywhere in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency at C1–C2 level (mandatory).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency with right to work in Portugal is required.
• Previous Customer Service or Customer Support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional assistance in Spanish.
• Manage customer requests and operational queries efficiently.
• Investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards and service-level requirements.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams when additional support or escalation is required.
