Requirements include Spanish C1–C2, strong communication skills, and prior Customer Service experience. The position is full-time and remote from anywhere in Portugal with EU residency required.

Qualifikationen

• Spanish proficiency at C1–C2 level is mandatory.
• Previous Customer Service or Customer Support experience is preferred.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance in Spanish.
• Manage customer requests and operational queries efficiently.
• Investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards and service-level requirements.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required.
