The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service desk, strong AD/O365, networking basics, and fluency in English plus another European language such as Czech, Italian, German, or Spanish. This role is remote but based in Portugal.
Qualificações
- 5+ years in Service Desk or similar roles.
- Strong command of Active Directory, O365, software installation.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
- Fluency in English and one of Czech, Italian, German or Spanish is mandatory.
