Expleo is seeking a Service Desk specialist to support remote operations from Portugal. You will handle user queries, software installations, and standard IT services while ensuring high availability and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service desk, strong AD/O365, networking basics, and fluency in English plus another European language such as Czech, Italian, German, or Spanish. This role is remote but based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Service Desk or similar roles.
• Strong command of Active Directory, O365, software installation.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Fluency in English and one of Czech, Italian, German or Spanish is mandatory.

Essential Skills

• Professional experience (5+ years) in Service Desk and/or similar roles;
• Strong command of Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers, and other standard applications;
• Solid knowledge of concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-FI;
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Czech, Italian, German, or Spanish – Mandatory Requirement.
