Media Stack is hiring a Senior Multi-Media Performance Marketing Creative for a fully remote, full-time position in Portugal. You will own outputs across video, motion graphics, and static formats for ecommerce clients, using AI tools to optimize performance and inform testing strategies.

The role emphasizes fast, test-driven thinking and independent brief interpretation. The candidate is expected to have a strong portfolio in fashion/beauty/wellness, experience with Meta and TikTok, and a track

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or creative production.
• Strong portfolio spanning video, motion, and static across Meta and TikTok.
• Proven experience in fashion, beauty, or wellness and understanding of category performance.
• AI proficiency as daily practice, especially for video with a performance lens.
• Clear understanding of creative testing: meaningful variations and hypotheses.
• Ability to work from a loose brief and produce sharp work without waiting for full specs.

Responsabilidades

• Produce paid social creative across Meta and TikTok: video, motion, and static formats.
• Drive creative thinking on client accounts: hooks, concepts, testing frameworks, and iteration logic.
• Use AI production tools as core to workflow (ElevenLabs, Seedance, Kling, CapCut, Runway).
• Work within two-sprint-per-week production rhythm and one-iteration discipline.
• Translate performance data into creative decisions without prompting.
• Fill gaps in briefs independently, not waiting for every detail to be mapped.
• Contribute to Media Stack's own paid and organic social presence.
