You’ll work with our creative strategists and project managers, ensuring on-brand edits and timely delivery while embracing AI tools to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Performance editing experience on YouTube/Meta/Google ads.
• Based in Portugal and planning to stay.
• Strong CTR, conversion and retention understanding.
• Ownership of ideas and project management.
• Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw footage into high-performing video ads.
• Translate strategy into compelling video edits.
• Collaborate with the creative team and PMs.
