Jobgether is seeking a Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) to craft compelling short-form ads for Meta platforms. This remote role, based in Portugal, collaborates with the VP of Growth to refine creative assets and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

You will lead end-to-end editing, use AI-powered tools, and contribute to building an in-house creative function, while maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience creating and editing direct-to-consumer paid social ads.
• Experience editing UGC-style advertisements for paid social content.
• Strong storytelling with effective hooks and pacing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered production, including AI voiceovers and AI-generated animation (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway).
• Excellent attention to detail, especially captions and scripts.
• Proficient English for collaboration via Slack and briefs.
• Ability to work independently and adapt based on performance insights.
• Experience with health/wellness or supplement brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta campaigns, 1–2 minutes, including UGC and AI-generated content.
• Transform scripts and assets into persuasive ads with hooks, pacing, and sound design.
• Develop concepts to capture attention and drive direct-to-consumer acquisition.
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Ensure captions match approved scripts with consistency across deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback from leadership and apply learnings to future outputs.
• Monitor ad performance and inform editing decisions based on campaign insights.
• Manage projects independently post-onboarding, using ClickUp and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to in-house creative growth through repeatable editing processes and AI tools.
• Produce approximately six videos per month, balancing quality and iteration.
