CapsLock is a global IT marketing company delivering data-informed customer acquisition solutions. We seek a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft persuasive copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts to boost conversions.

Work with marketing, creative and testing teams to develop messaging from research and performance data. Apply AI tools to enhance ideation, research and production while collaborating across a diverse, multilingual team.

Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns across landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify new messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles, translating technical product features into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create meaningful copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and continuously iterate based on results.
• Identify successful copy concepts and adapt them across similar clients, products, and industries.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with Marketers, Designers, Video Editors, Media Buyers, and other team members.
• Use AI tools in the copywriting workflow to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production efficiency.
