CapsLock is a global IT marketing company redefining customer acquisition through AI-driven visuals and data-informed creativity. We seek a Marketing Design Team Lead to scale a small but fast-moving team of AI-driven Creative Designers into a high-output engine that delivers photorealistic visuals and static ads for performance campaigns across paid media.

You will partner with Creative Producers, Marketers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, and the Video Editing team, and work with our Generative AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading creative teams in digital marketing.
• Ability to translate briefs into scalable visual concepts.
• Strong command of design tools and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-driven Creatives from 3 to 6.
• Own production flow, capacity planning, and QC to production-grade quality.
• Drive creative direction and visual storytelling that converts.
• Generate ideas and push iterations using current visual trends.
• Own creative testing loop and analyze data to inform next steps.
• Stay updated on AI models and tools; hands-on with platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, Marketers, Media Buyers, and Video Editors; align on strategy and deadlines.
