Hexa People seeks an experienced HRIS specialist to own, design, configure, and manage the global Core Model for Talent & Performance. You will coordinate with HR populations and integration teams to ensure seamless configuration across the platform.
The role requires 5+ years in global HRIS, proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, and a strong HR data mindset. Remote work is available, with a requirement to be based in Portugal.
Qualificações
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, C&B, Finance, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in global HRIS Core HR or HRIS projects.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF).
- Strong understanding of HR applications and processes within the Talent & Performance domain, including GDPR.
- Full remote.
- Must be based in Portugal.
Responsabilidades
- Own, design, configure and maintain the global Core Model for Talent & Performance.
- Ensure configurations align with the project plan during integration and run modes.
- Serve as the central interface for HR populations and technical integrator teams.
- Plan data testing campaigns to ensure system validation and security design.
- Produce KPIs and dashboards for Talent & Performance and support training/communication for user adoption.
