The successful candidate will work in a dynamic international environment and serve as the main liaison for local SMEs and technical teams, ensuring alignment with security standards and GDPR compliance.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of experience in global HRIS Core HR or HRIS projects.
• Experience in implementation projects within a consulting firm or corporate internal team.
• Strong understanding of HR applications and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, and maintain the global Core Model for Talent & Performance processes.
• Act as the central interface for HR populations and technical integrator teams.
• Plan and organize comprehensive data and process testing campaigns.
