Hexa People is seeking a candidate in Porto, Portugal to develop and manage the global Core Model for time tracking and workforce management processes. This role involves ensuring alignment with payroll activities, local regulations, and GDPR compliance while bridging business needs and technical design within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in HRIS projects, along with strong interpersonal and project management skills. Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory, and project management certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global HRIS Payroll and/or Core HR projects.
• Hands-on involvement in HRIS implementation.
• Project management certifications (such as PMP) are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain the global core model for time tracking and workforce management.
• Proactively identify and challenge obstacles during project integration.
• Generate KPIs and maintain dashboards for the Time & Workforce scope.
