Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an entry-level Procurement Specialist to maintain supplier data in SAP MM, generate POs, and support tender activities. You will help ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective deliveries while collaborating with Buyers across international teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience or an equivalent background in administration, a business/engineering degree, and a willingness to travel occasionally to core Airbus locations.

Qualificações

• Experience with SAP MM is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Digital background with tools improvement mindset and willingness to learn new features.
• Fluency in English for international collaboration.
• Interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP MM and other Airbus tools.
• Generate, monitor and update Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, quality and cost delivery.
• Support Buyers in Call for Tenders management and data integrity in Procurement Tools.
• Assist contract management and administration; manage electronic storage of documentation.
• Initiate recurring supplier inputs; handle ad-hoc requests to meet requirements.
• Communicate proactively with strategic buyers; promote procurement process digitalization.
