Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an entry‑level Procurement / Data Administrator to support supplier data, purchase orders, and contract management within SAP MM and Airbus tools. The role blends administrative rigor with data‑driven procurement tasks in a hybrid Portugal setting.

You will collaborate with global buyers, maintain data integrity, and help deliver cost‑effective, compliant procurement solutions while occasionally traveling to core Airbus sites in France, Germany, Spain and the UK.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly adapt to Airbus procurement tools (E2E) and Google Workspace.
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity as a company foundation.
• Customer‑oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Collaborative team player, able to work in remote and multicultural settings.
• Willingness to travel up to once a month to Airbus locations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM and procurement tools.
• Generate and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support procurement data integrity and tool administration.
• Assist buyers with contract management.
• Archive contractual documentation using Airbus internal tools.
• Coordinate supplier inputs and follow up on actions.
• Address ad-hoc requests to meet urgent customer needs.
• Communicate proactively with central procurement buyers.
• Promote innovation and digitalization of procurement processes.
