Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for our most strategic enterprise customers. You will design, build, and deploy complex AI systems on the Agentforce platform, mentor engineers, and influence product roadmaps with deep customer insight.

You should have 6+ years of software engineering, strong skills in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/Apex, experience with LLMs in production, and familiarity with data platforms like

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or tech delivery in enterprise AI/cloud/SaaS
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; others are welcome
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using AI frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and pairing
• Provide technical depth on critical deployments and translate customer challenges into solutions
