Lever, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to lead the Salesforce platform, building scalable automations, integrations, and custom apps across Sales, Success, Marketing, and Finance.

You will own releases, data quality, and platform administration in a remote-first, Europe-wide team environment. You will work on AI-enabled CRM enhancements, including LLM tools and MCP integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that power

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong Apex, triggers, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, and test classes; solid LWC experience.
• Deep knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce data model, security, and flow vs code decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs for custom apps and dashboards.
• Own revenue-focused automations: lead routing, attribution, forecasting, renewals, value tracking.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and vendor collaboration.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot API-based integrations with external platforms.
• Maintain code quality, test coverage, and sandbox-to-prod releases; document changes.
• Ensure data quality and performance within governor limits; perform deduplication and enrichment.
• Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions and designs; collaborate across teams.
• Explore AI capabilities (LLMs, MCP) to enhance CRM data use by AI agents.
