Job summary

Kayana | Ordering & Payment Solutions is seeking a motivated Freelance Sales, Onboarding & Account Executive fluent in Portuguese and English to drive new business in Portugal and Europe. You will manage the customer journey from initial contact through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management, collaborating with international teams.

The role is fully remote, contractor-based, with working hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Portugal time, Monday–Friday, and a market starting salary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in sales, onboarding, account support or related customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Portugal and wider Europe.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation across Kayana solutions.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage renewals with a proactive approach.
• Demonstrate Kayana products, including EPOS, kiosks, online ordering and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
