Job summary

myPOS is expanding and seeks a Payroll Manager to own payroll across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and multiple European countries, including Portugal. You will ensure accurate processing on time, manage onboarding in Deel, and align with HR and Finance for governance and compliance across jurisdictions.

You will lead a payroll team, optimise cross-border payroll operations, and drive improvements in processes, controls, and data integrity while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across international jurisdictions.
• Leadership of payroll teams in multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of payroll tax and labour law interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll across the in-scope countries.
• Oversee onboarding and setup in Deel ahead of first pay run.
• Maintain payroll governance, controls and audit readiness.
