Job summary

Devop1 is seeking a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter to join its global team in Portugal. You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs, design tailored recruitment stages, source top talent, and manage pre-screening and shortlisting.

You will lead interviews across seniority levels, present profiles with clear summaries, guide negotiations, train hiring managers, and help build long-term client relationships while enjoying a flexible freelance contract and high remuneration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in staffing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Ability to conduct various interview formats.
• Experience evaluating candidates for multiple roles.
• Proficient with ATS and candidate databases.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Strong decision-making and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their hiring objectives and needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.;
• Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles.
• Guide negotiations through to completion and close hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to company development and change management.
• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
