Job summary

RemoFirst, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Manager in a role that connects Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive clarity, speed, and excellence across the product organization. You will build dashboards, define health metrics, and manage end-to-end launch readiness to enable scalable and autonomous product execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process design, and organizational alignment in a fast-growing, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment.
• Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• System-thinking mindset to reduce organizational friction through process and tooling.
• Autonomy to own projects end-to-end in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to help PMs and leadership make evidence-based decisions.
• Define key product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and drive reporting.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust.
• Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Own end-to-end process for product releases, including launch checklists and retrospectives.
