Job summary

TuxCare Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team within the Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) department.

This hands-on role focuses on platform reliability, CI/CD, and security-focused automation across Linux infra and cloud-native components. You will own CI/CD and QA platforms end-to-end, drive capacity planning with data-driven decisions, and collaborate on platform architecture while delivering infrastructure as code and robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• Senior-level infrastructure / SRE ownership of production services.
• Hands-on Linux systems administration on bare metal and VMs.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD and QA platforms end-to-end, from hardware to developer experience.
• Ensure platforms' reliability, quality, scalability and cost.
• Automate and improve tools used by teams; reduce flaky tests and manual work.
• Contribute to platform architecture with engineering teams.
• Maintain service health with monitoring and runbooks and write alerts.
