Elastic is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team. You will help design, build, and scale the multi-cloud platform hosting internal and external services, including Elastic Cloud Hosted and Serverless, ensuring reliability and a truly exceptional user experience.

You will leverage your software engineering background to automate infrastructure, champion collaborative practices, and lead incident response with a follow-the-sun on-call model while growing global

Qualificações

Background in software engineering to collaborate with engineers on solutions.
Experience with public cloud and managed Kubernetes services is advantageous.
Passion for inclusive communication in distributed teams; remote work is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical initiatives to automate system engineering and reliability.
Grow platform infrastructure by developing software, tooling, and automation.
Promote collaboration, operational excellence, and uplifting others.
Respond to and prevent customer impact, participate in on-call rotation (follow-the-sun).
